Drawings

As a residential interior designer and a soon-to-be BCIN designer, Sarah Fowler provides homeowners, builders and contractors with construction drawings. Every design that Sarah creates is with purpose. Not only to improve or complete the look of a space, but to create a great experience for the client. Sarah can also provide 3D renderings, which can be very helpful to visualize the proposed space. Construction drawings include the following; if necessary. Site plan, floor plans, roof plan, elevations, sectional elevations and construction details.

Interior Finishes

Sarah can provide her full service by assisting homeowners, builders, and contractors with sourcing and suggesting materials and finishes. All items include built-in millwork, cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing fixtures, flooring, wall & ceiling coverings, tile, lighting, doors & windows, trim, baseboards & mouldings, hardware, and stairs. Additionally, Sarah can provide the full service and assist with sourcing and suggesting furniture and accessories.

How It Works

If you’re looking for an Interior Design who can transform your existing space into the space of your dreams, call Sarah! If a phone conversation does not satisfy your appetite, Sarah will schedule an on-site 30 minute free meet & greet to further discuss your potential renovation. Once the Design Fee Proposal has been approved, Sarah will measure your existing space, so she can provide you with her design proposal(s). Any changes will be made until you are satisfied with the final result.

Sarah works creatively and professionally to make sure that only sophisticated design is delivered. Your vision is the inspiration for the overall design; making sure your valves and objectives are reflected. What you will get is a comprehensive design solution that is tailored to your exact needs and preferences. Once the design has been approved, construction drawings will be developed for the client to complete the renovation. The construction drawings include; if necessary, site plan, floor plans, roof plan, elevations, sectional elevations, and construction details.

If you’re looking for further assistance, Sarah can provide assistance with sourcing and suggesting all the materials & finishes. It’s like adding jewelry to your outfit! The best part of a proposed design is when you see it come to life. Materials and finishes add style and personality. Many of these decisions are fixed pieces, so you want to ensure you select the correct options for your space(s).

"I contacted her and had her to come to my home to discuss an update for a bathroom, that really needed a reno! She put together a detailed, schematic plan for the bathroom that would transform it to a beautiful space. The layout she designed, maximized all the available space, and allowed us to add a glass shower and a beautiful tub with white, marble decking.My husband and I were so happy with the work Sarah did; we tasked her with doing another bathroom as well as building us a master ensuite from scratch. This was an extremely complex project as the house is over 100 years old and required a substantial amount or re- design and layout changes.
